Paying for your Auction:

· Please wait for Invoice before paying. Invoices are usually sent within 1 business day of auction closing.

· Please include your phone number with your payment.

· Accepted forms of payment include Credit Cards, Money/Orders, Cashier's Checks, Paypal and Wire Transfer. No Personal Checks please. No COD's. We can only ship to confirmed addresses when using Paypal!

· Cashier's Checks & Money Orders should be made out to Retek Corporation. Please send them directly to our business address listed on your invoice.

· PayPal payment must be received within 3 days after the auction close (5-business days for mailed payments). Otherwise, we reserve the right to re-list the item and the winning bidder will receive a Non-Paying bidder alert. No exceptions. Mailed payments should arrive to us by mail no later than 5-business days.

· Payment instructions for checkout will be sent via e-mail after the close of the auction. Once you receive the e-mail, please follow the instructions enclosed for check out. Once payment is received, items will typically be shipped within 1 day unless it's a weekend or major Holiday . If you do not receive a notification, you must contact us in order to arrange payment for your winning item.
